EternaBond® RoofSeal™ is a one-step permanent repair system for virtually all roof types and accessories. It features a UV-stable backing and creates a waterproof, moisture-proof, and airtight barrier with no additional sealing required. RoofSeal™ remains flexible at temperatures as low as -57 °C, making it virtually impossible to thermally shock the seam and cause a leak. RoofSeal™ bonds to a wide range of surfaces, including roof materials such as EPDM, TPO, Hypalon, aluminum, galvanized steel, wood, and fiberglass. It is important to ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of debris prior to installation.

Composition

Surface Preparation
  • Surface must be clean and dry.
  • Moisture, dust, dirt or other foreign matter should be removed.
  • Remove oil and grease, etc. with EternaClean® or a non-residue cleaner such as acetone or lacquer thinner.
  • Remove salt and other contaminants.

Application Guidelines

Surfaces must be clean and dry before applying Roof- Seal™. Install RoofSeal™ over the repair area, removing the release liner gradually to prevent contamination of the adhesive prior to application. Rub or roll with pressure using your hand or steel roller to activate bonding process.
