- Typical Applications
Highly recommended for case & carton sealing, wrap around and folding box. The low viscosity enables the using at very lower application temperature, useful in case of temperature sensitive substrates or to reduce energy costs for improved sustainability.
- Suitable Substrates
Paper, case & cartons and folding boxes.
- Application Instructions
- Apply by nozzle.
- Application temperature: 100°C - 135°C
- Open time: medium
- Set time: short
- This hot melt with new raw material base has a lower density than conventional hot melts based on EVA, which means a good bonding is reached with minimum application quantity.
- Due to the differing chemical nature, the adhesive is not mixable with standard EVA hot melts and a product change require a thoroughly equipment cleaning. The prills product format is suitable for use in automatic feeder systems.
- Push bags to loosen up granules to remove blocking due to storage before filling the reservoir and ensure surrounding does not exceed +35°C.
