    Application Method

    Application temperature is 160 - 180 ̊C. Maintain pre-melting tank at 3⁄4 full. Avoid sudden condition of excessive solid hot melt as this will lower the tank temperature significantly. Surface to be bonded must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and dirt. Do not mix with other adhesives.

    To minimize the risk of burns, we recommend the use of eye protection and protective clothing when working near a hot melt applicator. To minimize the risk of flammable vapors, do not exceed a melt temperature above 400°F. Prevent the build-up of vapors. Extinguish all sources of ignition during hot melt use.
