Application Instructions

• Surfaces must be free of dust, grease or oil.
• For manual gluing, be careful to keep the brush in water after use, thus avoiding dryness and supposed lumps for the gluing area.
• The application must be verified for each specific case according to the following factors: Characteristics of the substrates, equipment, speed, amount of adhesive and the ambient temperature must be above 15° C.

Suitable Substrates

Covers of various books and sheets of paper (bindings in general).

Typical Applications

Adhesive suitable for cover coupling in books, magazines, telephone directories and catalogs. It presents 50 to 80% curing in 6 hours after applied, however allows quick operation for the trilateral knife/guillotine after. Application by nozzle or open transfer roller. Suitable for equipment of 2,000 - 12,000 books/hour.

Product Characteristics

• The adhesive has medium/short open time, with high initial grip, excellent performance in substrates of difficult adhesion (couche paper of various weights, varnished covers with water-based varnish or UV and / or laminated).
• It presents traction resistance and flexibility, adding lay-flat property.
• Resistant to solvents from printing inks.

Storage Conditions

In the original packaging, well closed and protected from the sun, dust, humidity and high temperatures. Clean and dry place, temperature between 15 °C and 35 °C is advisable.
