H.B. Fuller EV Bond 300 is a structural adhesive, designed for electrical and electronics applications, specifically for parts and components in batteries and electric vehicles (EVs).

WS-8032S Class B is ultralight density, high temperature resistant sealant. It has a temperature range from -65°F (54°C) to 250°F (121°C), including intermittent exposure up to 360°F (182°C). The sealant is designed for fillet sealing of integral fuel tanks and other aircraft fuselage sealing applications. It is a two-part manganese dioxide cured polysulfide system. The uncured product is a low sag thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature forming a resilient rubber, exhibiting outstanding sealing characteristics.

WS-8032S Class B

A78 has been specifically formulated for use with furniture and seating applications, including the construction of aircraft seating, office seating and flocking applications. It is a single-component sprayable non-flammable polyurethane adhesive that offers the manufacturer many benefits.

WS-8072 Class B is a non-chromate corrosion inhibitive, light weight, fast curing polysulfide sealant. Two-part manganese cured polysulfide system with eco-friendly profile provides an effective barrier against the common causes of corrosion on aluminum and between dissimilar metals. AC-8072 B retains excellent performance characteristics at temperature excursions up to 360°F. Typical applications include sealing of fay surfaces of mating parts of aircraft structure to prevent corrosion and channeling leakage. WS-8072 Class B has outstanding retention of physical properties when exposed to aviation fuel and oils. It is a thixotropic paste with non-sag characteristics an able to be applied by an extrusion gun or with a spatula.

WS-8010 Class B is an access door sealant designed to have very low adhesion characteristics and an excellent cure profile. The product can be exposed to a temperature range of -65°F (- 54°C) to 250°F (121°C) without adverse effect. WS-8010 Class B uses manganese dioxide as a curing agent formulated to have an outstanding cure profile. The uncured material is a thixotropic low sag paste designed to be applied by extrusion gun or spatula. The product cures at room temperature to form a gasket with very low adhesion characteristics.

WS-8020RC Class B is a rapid cure two component polysulfide sealant. The cured sealant has excellent fuel resistance as well as outstanding sealing characteristics at temperatures ranging from -65&deg;F (54&deg;C) to 250&deg;F (121&deg;C), including intermittent exposure up to 360&deg;F (182&deg;C). It exhibits excellent elastomeric properties and retention after prolonged exposure to jet fuel and aviation gasoline. The uncured product is a low sag, thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature forming a resilient rubber, exhibiting outstanding sealing.

WS-8020RC Class B

H.B. Fuller HM3700149 is a one-component reactive hot-melt adhesive known for its economical nature. It offers longer green strength development, which provides flexibility in the headlamp assembly process. Additionally, it demonstrates excellent thermal stability during the manufacturing process. It is commonly used for bonding headlamp lenses and housings in the exterior lighting industry.

H.B. Fuller FH1425 is a two-part epoxy adhesive specifically formulated for encapsulating and protecting electronics in challenging environments. This epoxy system offers flexibility, making it suitable for applications where the electronics require a high level of protection. Its primary use is for the protection of electronics, including electric motors, where a highly flexible epoxy resin system is required.
