H.B. Fuller Earthic™ 4001 is a hot-melt, pressure-sensitive adhesive. It is specifically designed for all beverage types in reusable or recyclable PET bottles, with a particular focus on carbonated soft drinks and fast production lines to maximize efficiency. This adhesive offers excellent wash-off performance and has been certified by PETCYCLE, RETURPACK, and Veolia for improved rPET (recycled PET) quality. It finds application in container labeling for all beverage types in reusable and recyclable PET bottles, ensuring reliable adhesion and contributing to the overall quality of the recycled PET.

Earthic™ 2023 is a water-based labelling adhesive with the following characteristics: strong resistance to ice water, medium to high resistance to condensation water, excellent cleanability, very good machinability (up to 70,000 bottles per hour), highly recommended for returnable bottles in the standard wash-off process, and very good condensation water resistance on cold and wet bottles. Typical applications include glass labelling.

Earthic™ PWL2044X has been designed for coated and uncoated PET, PP, HDPE and glass applications. It offers fast setting and clean machining to improve efficiencies and increase mileage of the adhesive, save water and energy on reduced clean up with ambient temperature water and enables bottle recyclability with easy wash-off properties.

Earthic™ 2046 is designed for glass and coated glass; suitable for PET labeling. It offers superior 3 days ice water resistance, fast setting, high wet tack, excellent machining up to 300 - 1000 bottles per minute, superior clean up and fast drying.

Earthic™ PWL2048 has been designed for one way and returnable bottle labeling. It's recommended for coated and uncoated glass applications, easy wash-off during bottle wash allows for less caustic and lower temperatures needed, has excellent Ice-water resistance to hold labels in place for up to 72 hours and superior clean up over competitors with pallets washing off in just minutes, saving water and energy.

Earthic™ PHL4010N is an APR certified adhesive for PET Recycling application. It provides excellent wash-off performance, very high running speeds for highly efficient production lines, excellent bond performance immediately after application and throughout the supply chain, good flexibility keeping the labels in place to accommodate expanding bottles due to temperature variations, very light colour and thermal stability to give transparent appearance on the bottle.
