Application Instructions

Application temperature: 140 – 170 ÌŠC, Maintain pre-melting tank at 3⁄4 full. Avoid sudden condition of excessive solid hot melt as this will lower the tank temperature significantly. Surface to be bonded must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and dirt. Do not mix with other adhesives.

Suitable Substrates

Paper, cartons and OPP substrates.

Typical Applications

This product has been developed for packaging and straw attachment of beverage application. It is suitable for tetrapack machine and run well on nozzle applicator. It can also be used for carton sealing for all common substrates.
